Brasov together with Sibiu are two of Romania's most beautiful cities and with the Brasov City Tour you are going to explore the best of this town. Founded by the Saxons in 1235 its first name was Kronstadt (Crown city in German). The name changed several times until 1683 when it was decided to stick with Brasov and this name kept until today with a little 'break'. After WW2, for a whole decade, between 1950 to 1960 city's name was changed to Stalin or Stalingrad. Fortunately, later it become Brasov again.
