Eco-Dolphin Watching

Description

Eco-Dolphin Watching

Boat trip through the Professor Luís Saldanha Natural Park, towards the Sado estuary and the Serra da Arrábida coast. The route can pass through Tróia for observation of the Dolphins of the Sado estuary, the “Roazes Corvineiros”, friendly community resident in the river´s estuary. About three dozen animals, make the river Sado Dolphins one of the only three colonies of dolphins residing in estuaries throughout Europe.

Note: This group of “Roazes Corvineiros” (the Dolphins of Sado) are wild animals in their natural habitat. We always do our very best in each outing to see these wonderful animals and although our success rate is quite high (about 98%), we cannot ensure 100% that they will be seen. To date all the groups were very happy and dazzled by this activity, not only by the dolphins but also by the magnificent landscapes.
