Underwater Naturalist
This program provides us with a general understanding of the complex and exciting world of marine ecology science, which is the study of the interaction of organisms with the environment and among themselves, the flow of energy through communities, and the connection between different marine ecosystems.
It also includes the study and application of safe techniques for cleaning underwater fishing nets (ghostnets and fishing traps). Upon completion of the program, you will receive certifications for the SSI Marine Ecology, SSI Search & Recovery, and SSI Enriched Air Nitrox specialties.
