Guidelines : 5 senses: smell,( Humans may be able to smell over 1 trillion scents), touch ( is thought to be the first sense that humans develop), hearing ( portuguese traditional songs or other sounds according to the meal), taste ( the gustatory sense is usually broken down into the perception of four different tasted: salty, sweet, sour and bitter, and there is also a fifth taste , defined as umani or savory ), sight, ( look at the colours, the beauty of simple be present and enjoy your meal).

4 elements : Earth ( feel the most grounded and centered), Air ( the most mentally clear), Water(the most open heart), Fire ( the most creative)
