COASTEERING ARRÁBIDA

The COASTEERING ARRÁBIDA consists of overcoming various natural obstacles along the coastline, using swimming, climbing, rappelling, zip lining and cliff jumping, always with the boat support . with the appropriate supervision by professionals.

The Arrábida Natural Park hides little pearls that deserve to be preserved and praised, both for their beauty and for their unique geological characteristics; some of which are unique in the world, such as the coastline of Portinho da Arrábida, a coast lined with cliffs and escarpments, sea caves and coves, where you'll find some of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal.

This experience lasts around 4 HOURS, where along the 800 metre long circuit we will cross various natural obstacles, such as cliffs or confined spaces, where we will have to RAPPEL down, walk along little-known TRAILS, climb using the CLIMBING technique on a handrail around 50 metres long, cross confined areas (CAVES) such as the emblematic Sta. Margarida cave with its 17th-century sanctuary, ZIP LINING - and landing literally in the water, or even make some connecting stretches in the aquatic environment using SWIMMING and, of course, not forgetting the highlight in terms of adrenaline and emotion, the JUMPS into the water from the cliffs, ranging from 1 to 10 metres.

None of the various obstacles are compulsory, there is always an alternative so that we can continue along the route.

That's enough to challenge the most daring adventurers - if we're lucky, we might see some bats inside the caves or even the unrivalled Bottlenose Dolphins!
