Cebu: Oslob Whale Shark Swimming & Kawasan Canyoneering

2:00–3:00 AM — Hotel Pickup

Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel or designated pickup point. The exact pickup time will be arranged according to your hotel location and the day's pickup route.

Meet your driver and settle into a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle for the journey to South Cebu.

5:30–6:30 AM — Arrival in Oslob & Registration

Arrive in Oslob, home of Cebu's famous whale shark experience.

Our team will assist you with registration and the local queue process. Depending on the number of visitors and your assigned priority, there may be waiting time before your whale shark activity begins.

6:00–8:00 AM — Complimentary Filipino Breakfast

Enjoy a complimentary Filipino silog breakfast.

Breakfast timing depends on the whale shark queue. It may be served while waiting for your number to be called or after completing your whale shark swimming experience.

6:30–9:00 AM — Oslob Whale Shark Swimming

Once your turn is called, attend the required safety and environmental briefing before proceeding to the boarding area.

Board a local paddle boat and head to the designated whale shark interaction area.

Enter the water and experience the unforgettable opportunity to swim near these magnificent marine animals while following all local safety and responsible wildlife interaction regulations.

Complimentary GoPro photography is included during the Oslob Whale Shark Swimming activity only. Our team will assist in capturing underwater photos and videos so you can take home memorable moments from your experience.

Please note that the actual whale shark activity time depends on local regulations and operating procedures.

9:00–11:00 AM — Travel from Oslob to Badian

After completing your Oslob experience, meet your driver and continue your journey across South Cebu toward Badian, home of Kawasan Falls.

Enjoy the scenic drive through Cebu's southern countryside and coastal communities.

11:00 AM–12:00 PM — Arrival at Badian Basecamp & Lunch

Arrive at the canyoneering basecamp and take a break before your next adventure.

Enjoy your included lunch, recharge, and prepare for Kawasan Falls Canyoneering.

You will meet your local canyoneering guide and receive the necessary safety equipment, including a helmet, life vest, and activity shoes.

12:00–12:30 PM — Safety Briefing & Transfer to Starting Point

Your guide will explain the canyoneering route, safety procedures, proper jumping techniques, and important instructions.

Depending on the day's operation, transfer to the canyoneering starting area and get ready to begin your adventure.

12:30–4:00 PM — Kawasan Falls Canyoneering

Begin an exciting 3–4 hour canyoneering experience through Badian's spectacular tropical landscape.

Trek along jungle trails, navigate rocky canyon passages, swim through crystal-clear turquoise pools, float along refreshing waterways, and experience natural rock slides and cliff jumps along the route.

There are different jump heights throughout the course. Major cliff jumps are optional, so guests who are uncomfortable jumping can inform their guide and use available alternative routes.

Your guide will accompany you throughout the activity and assist you as you navigate the canyon.

Continue downstream until you reach the beautiful Kawasan Falls, famous for its vibrant turquoise water surrounded by lush tropical scenery.

Important: Complimentary GoPro photography from this package is for the Oslob Whale Shark Swimming activity only and is not included during Kawasan canyoneering.

4:00–4:30 PM — Finish Canyoneering & Freshen Up

Complete your Kawasan adventure and return to the basecamp.

Take time to shower or freshen up, change into dry clothes, collect your belongings, and prepare for your return journey.

4:30 PM Onwards — Return to Your Hotel

Meet your driver and relax in the air-conditioned vehicle as you travel back to your hotel.

Estimated arrival will depend on your drop-off location and traffic conditions.

All times are estimated and may change depending on your hotel location, traffic, Oslob whale shark queue, weather, sea conditions, local government regulations, and the actual pace of the canyoneering group.

Because this tour combines two major South Cebu activities, guests should expect a full-day adventure with an early morning departure and evening return.
