Troll Ladder. A day of winding roads and breathtaking views.

Pickup at ship in Åndalsnes.

Drive up the Romsdal valley. We get off the main road and start our climb up the winding roads and make a stop along the green crystal clear white water river that bends like a snake in the valley. Continuing up the road to the Troll Ladder view point. Make the short walk down to the overhanging skywalk viewpoints and this is a life changing experience standing on the edge over a waterfall and see the bird view of the road we just drove up to this point.

We head back to the vehicle for a snack/drink break.

On our way down we actually almost drive straight through the waterfall splashing the car as we come down the road. We make a stop at the Troll Wall basecamp with possibilities for shopping and a coffee, pastry & restrooms.
