Our Nar Phu Valley Trek takes you to the spectacular mountain scenery, picturesque lowland farms, and villages with the challenging passes above 5000 meters which lead you for an amazing trip. This trek has covered the best of all from Manang with the altitude that varies from 830 meters at the lowest land of Besi Sahar to highest at Kang La pass with 5320 meters.

Acclimatization is mandatory on Nar Phu Valley Trek because the trail leads above 5000 meters. Kang La pass is a perfect viewpoint that offers a panoramic view of mountains and peaks. Continuing with an alternative pass of Thorang La will lead to Mustang District. This trekking is based on both camping and Tea house.

The Nar Phu Valley Trek is definitely one of the most amazing hiking trails in Nepal where you trek across the lush valleys and mountains, local villages keeping traditions, fields of flowers, rhododendron forests, pastures terrains, and river canyons. Itinerary of the Nar Phu Valley Trek:

DAY 1 - Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m).

DAY 2 - Kathmandu Tour.

DAY 3 - Scenic drive to Koto (2,670m), 6-7hr walk.

DAY 4 - Taking steep drop to the suspension bridge and follow the trail through the narrow gorge to reach Dharmasala (3,220m), 5-6hr walk.

DAY 5 - Following the hair-raising section of curved trail around the cliff and trek aside the valley to reach Phu (4,070m), 4-5hr walk.

DAY 6 - Exploration around Phu village.

DAY 7 - Continuing the same trail down from Junam Goth to reach Naar (4,180m), 5-6hr walk.

DAY 8 - Taking gradual up from the Naar valley, traverse the yak pastures & trek along some descent and ascent to reach Kang La pass, having a wonderful view of Annapurnas and descend down steep scree to Ngawal (3,615m), 5-6hr walk.

DAY 9 - Descent down the trail, walk through the forest and meet the Annapurna Circuit route to reach Pisang after Manang Village (4,110m), 6-7hr walk.

DAY 10 - Drive to Besisahar.

DAY 11 - Drive to Kathmandu.

DAY 12 - Departure, end of the Nar Phu Valley Trek.
