Itinerary

Visited Places:

DAY 1: Arrival day at Kathmandu International Airport. The representative of Life Himalaya trekking will pick you up from the Kathmandu international airport and drop you to the respective hotel. DAY 2: Sightseeing around ancient Market around Thamel and trek preparation day. After breakfast, the guide will meet you and brief about the trekking, necessary types of equipment and take you to the sightseeing around the ancient markets of Nepal around Thamel. And rest of the time is for the preparation for tomorrow. DAY 3: Early morning flight to Pokhara, Drive to Nayapul and trek to Ulleri (1500 m); trek hour: 5-6 hrs Today we start our journey to Annapurna Base Camp by taking the domestic scenic flight to Pokhara. After Arrival private vehicle will pick you up and drive about 1 and half hour to reach Nayapul from where we start our trekking to Annapurna base camp. Then we trek towards Birethanti village which is the main entry point of our trek. After completing checking permit we will gently trek through the beautiful traditional Gurung village of Birethanti, Hile farms and the bank of a fast flowing white river. By observing the beautiful landscapes and snow capped mountains, traditional villages we reach to our first overnight. Stay Overnight at Ulleri. (Breakfast, Launch, Dinner) DAY 4: Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2824 m) trek hour: 5-6 hrs After breakfast in the Ulleri, we climb uphill to Magar and Gurung settlement villages of Ulleri, which is beautiful village placed in the middle of forest from where we can witness the magnificent Annapurna south and other snowy peaks. We will be ascending through Rhododendron forest with unique hill landscape towards Ghorepani. Stay Overnight at Ghorepani (Breakfast, Launch, Dinner) DAY 5: Trek From Ghorepani to Tadapani (2630 m) trek hour: 4-5 hrs Early morning we will climb up to Poonhill for the beautiful view of the sunrise over the Annapurna Range. Poon hill is also the most popular trekking destination in the Annapurna region. From here you can view the magnificent scenery of the over the snow-capped mountains ranges of Mt. Annapurna I, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Hiunchuli, Nilgiri, Machhapuchre, Gangapurna, Manaslu and other mighty of peaks from its close point. After capturing the picturesque views we will return to Ghorepani and start our trek towards the Tadapani with analyzing and viewing the scenic landscapes of the Annapurna region. Stay Overnight at Tada Pani. (Breakfast, Launch, Dinner) DAY 6: Trek from Tadapani to Chhomrong (2170 m) trek hour: 6-7 hrs On the sixth day of trekking, we will trek towards the Annapurna Base Camp. We gently trek through the beautiful landscapes with a dense forest of Rhododendron, traditional Gurung and Magar village of Chhomrong, suspension bridge, paddy fields, etc. Chhomrong is the beautiful spot where we can witness the magical views of the valley, stunning Mountain River, cliffs, waterfalls, vegetation, flora & fauna, and stunning Himalayan vistas. Stay Overnight at Chhomrong. (Breakfast, Launch, Dinner) DAY 7: Trek from Chhomrong to Dovan (2600 m) trek hour: 5-6 hrs On the seventh day of the trekking, we start our trek for dovan. We cross a suspension bridge and trek up the hill to the Sinwa Danda. After reaching Sinwa the trails leads us through the steep stone steps into deep bamboo and rhododendron forest up to Khuldighar. After 2-3 hours of walking through the natural vegetation situated on the lap of the highest Himalayas, we will take a smooth climb to reach Dovan. Stay Overnight at Dovan. (Breakfast, Launch, Dinner) DAY 8: Trek from Dovan through Machhapuchre base camp (3700 m) to Annapurna base camp (4130 m) trek hour: 6-7 hrs After having breakfast at teahouse we continue our day with a gentle climb through the steep stone staircase. Our walk ascends through Bagar to place of an avalanche. As we walk further we will witness the magnificent with the Himalayas which are close to us. Then our trail turns left to Machhapuchhre base camp. We move forward with a pleasant and gentle walk up to Annapurna base camp. The settlement of people and vegetation disappears on our way to ABC and the path widens as we enter Annapurna Sanctuary. Annapurna base camp is surrounded by the 360 Annapurna range Including World 10th Highest mountain Mt. Annapurna (8,091 m) and many other. Stay Overnight at Annapurna Base Camp. (Breakfast, Launch, Dinner) DAY 9: Early morning flight back direct to Pokhara. After Capturing and taking the memory of Annapurna Base Camp, We will take a helicopter flight over the mountains of Annapurna for Pokhara also known as the touristic paradise and lake city. After Arriving at Pokhara after some refreshment, we will go for sightseeing around fewa lake and visit to Mountain museum. Stay Overnight at Pokhara.
