Description
SAFSAF oasis
The morning departure, around 10:00 am, commences from our camp or the surrounding hotel near Erg Chebbi, heading towards the SafSaf Oasis, just about 1 km from the Algerian border.
Throughout the journey, we'll pause at our leisure to revel in the breathtaking landscape, including a stop to visit a nomadic family. Here, a traditional welcome tea will be shared under the comforting shade of a Berber tent.
Our path unfolds towards the spectacular SafSaf Oasis, nestled between unpopulated hills, adorned with wild palms and a river named SafSaf, allowing for a refreshing bath. In this paradisiacal setting, lunch will be served.
Before sunset, we'll depart SafSaf for a trail leading to the Tissardmine Oasis, offering striking contrasts of water, vegetation, rock, and sand. A stop for admiration and photos precedes our continuation to your accommodation, marking the end of this fabulous excursion and our services.
