3-hr Sunrise Paddle Board / Kayak Tour with Floating Picnic

Welcome!

Hello! We will be waiting for you at the entrance door of our marina at the La Casa China Bacalar hotel at 6:00 am. You will receive the necessary information and equipment to start your 3-hour paddle or kayak activity.

Warm Up and Briefing

Before starting the activity we will stretch and warm up to enjoy the activity to the fullest, we will also give you a 10-minute induction on the use of the equipment and safety measures.

Cenote Esmeralda

Your tour begins by crossing Cenote Esmeralda, the largest of all the cenotes in Bacalar. The mirror effect of the water will make you feel like you are paddeling on clouds. (Photo opportunity: What's up is down. Capture an amazing and surreal photo when the water is completely flat and creates a mirror effect.)

Sunrise

Paddle through a small canal to our first swimming spot where you will admire the sunrise.

Cenote Negro

Swim in Cenote Negro during the exclusive sunrise tour; once boats arrive, swimming is off-limits. Enhance the serene morning by diving from a high platform for added thrill.

Bird Island Sanctuary

Upon reaching the island, dive into a swim in a warm, shallow spot to refresh and relax. Here, you'll observe local and migratory birds like roseate spoonbills, cormorants, and snail kites.

Floating Picnic

You will enjoy a delicious selection of seasonal fruits and refreshing natural drinks along with hot coffee while you dive into crystal clear waters.
