5D4N Miri Caving Adventure

Day 1.

Upon arrival Miri Airport, meet and greet by our friendly representative then proceed for Miri City Tour – 3hrs, Tour features Malaysia 1st Oil Well or The Grand Old Lady located at Canada Hill, The largest Taoist Temple in South East Asia, Miri City Fan, Miri Heritage Centre (handicraft & souvenir) and visit Tamun Muhibbah ~ the local farmers market-you can find various tropical fruit and vegetable. Finally enjoy your shopping at Modern and Trendy Shopping Malls. Transfer to hotel

Day 2.

Breakfast at hotel. After breakfast, transfer to Niah National Park ( Two and a half hour ride ). Upon arrival Park headquarters, register and have a brief study of the park information at the information center. Then, take a short boat to cross the river to visit Niah Museum. After visit museum proceed on plank walk for 3 Km to the caves main entrance. To walk to the cave take about 45 minutes. The Niah Cave is famous for its edible birds nest found high-up in the cave about 300 ft from the ground. In the Painted Cave you are about to see the prehistoric wall drawing as well as the preserved remains of the STONE AGE PEOPLE 40,000 year old. Return journey on the same plank walk to Niah National Park. Lunch at Niah local restaurant.

Day 3.

Flight from Miri to Mulu / Arrival Mulu / Deer & Lang's Caves

After breakfast and checking out of the hotel, it's time to head to the airport for your journey to Mulu.

From Mulu Airport, you will travel to your lodge at Mulu National Park.

At 1400hrs, you will receive a safety briefing before touring the Mulu Exhibition Centre and walking the 3km boardwalk towards Deer and Lang's Caves.

After completing your cave exploration, you can rest your weary legs on the bat exodus platform and take in the incredible sight of 2 million bats emerging from the tunnel.

Upon completion of the tour, you will return to your accommodation, where you are free to spend your time as you like.

Day 4.

Batu Bungan - Penan Settlement / Wind & Clearwater Caves

After breakfast, you will be taken on boat ride to Batu Bungan Handicraft Centre, where you can meet members of the nomadic Penan tribe.

Following that, you will pay a visit to the Wind Cave to witness its incredible natural formations before continuing on to the Clearwater Cave for another exciting cave exploration.

At the Clearwater Rest Hut, enjoy your picnic lunch while taking in the beautiful surroundings and refueling yourself for the return trip back to your accommodation.

After lunch, we will head back to your lodging, where you are free to carry out your own leisure activities.

Day 5.

Flight Departure Mulu to Miri Airport

After breakfast, check out of your lodging before heading to Mulu Airport and back to Miri Airport for your next flight destination.
