IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Know before you go :

• Please wear comfortable walking shoes for the hike up to the Batu Caves
• Shorts and sleeveless shirts are not allowed for the temple visit
• Bring a hat/cap, sunglasses and umbrella recommended
• You will have to remove your shoes before entering the temple
• No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.
• This SIC itinerary vehicle is arranged according to the number of participants on the day (car/van/bus)
• Please make sure your mobile phone number is active and able to contacted during the travel period
• It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.
• Please keep your belongings and try not to bring valuables, you will be responsible for all damages and loss.
• If the vehicle does not arrive in more than 10 minutes, please contact the emergency contact number +6019-339 8699, we will coordinate for you immediately
• Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. Please check your email (inbox/spam mailbox) 1 day before (after 8pm)
• Please arrive in the hotel lobby/ground floor entrance 15 min before scheduled departure time.
• As this is a shared tour, please be patient in cases of unforeseen delays along the pick-up route.
• During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. The specific location will be determined by the driver at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

• Pick-up Point: Pickup is included from Selected Hotels/Residences/Suite in Kuala Lumpur City's Golden Triangle area (except Pudu area)
• Individual/single travelers accepted to join if assisting we already have registered participants. Single travelers to standby at Berjaya Times Square Main Entrance for pickup. (Please contact with us for check availability)
• Please wait in the hotel lobby/ground floor at least 15 mins before designed pick up time
• Pick up time between 15 mins before or after designed pick up time
• This tour is not private and may include other guests
• For pick up outside of Kuala Lumpur City's Golden Triangle area (Pudu area and outskirts hotel), a surcharge is required (surcharge rate and pick up time shall defined by pick up location), surcharge to be paid directly to the driver in cash

Solo travelers is accept to join/book if assisting we have already got participants, but will not be entitled to enjoy the free pick up and drop off from stay hotel and all 1pax booking are required to come to pick up point at Berjaya Times Square Main Entrance @ Starbucks for meet and drop.
