Ol Pejeta is the largest black rhino sanctuary in East Africa, and home to two of the world’s last remaining northern white rhino. It is the only place in Kenya to see chimpanzees, in a Sanctuary established to rehabilitate animals rescued from the black market.

Ol Pejeta Excursion
The Ol Pejeta Excursion takes you to some of the highest predator densities in Kenya and still manages a very successful livestock program.
Ol Pejeta also seeks to support the people living around its borders, to ensure wildlife conservation translates to better education, healthcare, and infrastructure for the next generation of wildlife guardians. We will have the opportunity to view the big five, as well as Kenya’s usual plains animals.
We will be able to view the last of the northern white Rhinos! That’s right the last northern white rhinos in the world.
There is also a chimpanzee sanctuary where these primates have been rescued from all over the world and brought here to be rehabilitated.

Itinerary
- Visited Places:
6:00 - 6:30 AM - Pickups for Ol Pejeta Excursion
Pick-ups from your hotels/ pick-up points as agreed and travel to Nanyuki depending on the town or city you are in the example, Nakuru town of Nairobi city.
9:00 - 9:30 AM - Arrival and clearance
At arrival, we will have to be cleared at the entry gates of the conservancy and where our game drive starts.
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM - Game drive and lunch
During our drive, we will be able to meet the northern white rhinos, see the chimpanzees, spot the big 5 animals and if we have packed lunch we will have it enjoying the view or lunch served in the hotel of choice within the conservancy.
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Completion of the game drive and end of the Ol Pejeta Excursion
We will visit the remaining parts and head back to our various drop-off points as agreed.
