Nairobi National Park and Giraffe Center
Nairobi National Park, the only national park within a capital city, offers a unique safari experience. Your adventure starts with an early morning pickup from your hotel or the airport for a scheduled park entry at 6:30 am. This early start provides the best chance to see the park's diverse wildlife, including rhinos, buffalos, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, lions, and numerous antelopes and gazelles.
Located just a short drive from Nairobi’s central business district or JKIA Airport, the park features vast open grasslands against a backdrop of city skyscrapers, with scattered acacia bushes and traditional savannah vegetation providing a natural habitat for the animals.
After a 3-hour game drive, you will visit the Giraffe Center, known for its conservation efforts and home to the endangered Rothschild giraffes. Here, you can feed and interact with these majestic creatures while learning about their conservation.
For lunch, you have the option to dine at the Galleria shopping mall or a nearby restaurant of your choice (self-sponsored). Following lunch, you will be dropped back at your hotel or the airport, concluding your memorable safari adventure.
