Private Hike to Punta Campanella - Amalfi Coast
Starting from Termini Square, we walk along the ancient Via Minerva, which leads us to a place where myth and history are almost inseparable. Walking first on a paved road, overlooking the Bay of Mitigliano, we encounter incredible views of the wonderful island of Capri, the Gulf of Naples and, reaching the Punta della Campanella, even the Gulf of Salerno. Along the path there are alternating terraces with ancient olive groves and, in the second part, low and dry Mediterranean scrub due to the extreme environmental conditions. An interesting and satisfying walk for lovers of history, nature, sea and mountains.
The route, of medium intensity, first takes us closer to sea level, to enjoy a naturalistic and archaeological site that together with the ancient Tower give a scenery of incredible beauty.
The return trip involves walking the trail back to the square of Termini.
