The historical tour of Masseria Spina allows you to take a journey through 1200 years of history. The route guides us in the discovery of rock settlements, the necropolis and the Minor Church of the 11th century, the Spina Piccola Fortified Tower with the internal citrus grove, the ancient underground oil mill, the dye-works, the external façade of the Spina Grande Masseria and the Church of the Immaculate Conception in baroque style.
The tour is followed by the pasta workshop, which will guide you in making the different shapes of typically Apulian pasta
Furthermore, it will be possible to taste different labels of the best Apulian wines, accompanied by dishes and products typical of the local Apulian gastronomy.
