Description
The experience begins with the visit to the winery: the gate opens slowly on the small road surrounded by vineyards.
At the top of the alley you will see the beautiful Renaissance villa. After about 100 meters you will see on the left a sign:"Winery Reception".
Turn left and you will arrive at the winery where we will offer you a welcome glass of wine.
Then Tour of the cellar, visit of the vineyards and Tasting of 5 wines:
Tasting of the main Tuscan denominations (Brunello di Montalcino, Chianti Classico, Bolgheri), which will be compared with our pure Sangiovese wine "Peconio" and Supertuscan wine "Psyco" (Sangiovese and Cabernet) .
Pairing of wines with a selected goat cheese, a quality Parmesan and Tuscan bread with our award-winning extra virgin olive oil which is illustrated the production process and tasted carefully to appreciate the organoleptic profile.
At the end Tour of the cellar during which the history of the company and the current production line are explained.
