We had an excellent driver who took us to our trekking guide. The guide to climb the volcano was fantastic. He helped us with water, encouraged breaks to rest as needed and even carried our jackets and sweaters on the way down. He was really nice and friendly. On Mount Batur the sunrise was incredible. The volcano craters and fauna as well as hiking trail were amazing. Hike was not easy but not necessarily hard either. Supportive guide so helpful. After the trekking we checked out a coffee plantation and we went for the Bali swing instead of hot springs. Highly recommend this experience. 10/10 Hide review
