Many kind of meditate method in the world , we would like to introduce you about local Balinese meditate might one to another has deference step,we will introduce you one of them. It will start to enjoy morning tea or coffee break than visit Balinese traditional custom, it will be used when we enter the local temple,its not touristic temple so we have to respect the local rule. After we find it than we will continue to local market to get the fruits and Balinese cake to processing make Balinese offering as one of our meditation mediation to connect with spiritual cosmos.we will make it together,than training with local meditation method, before we practice it when we are in the temple...we will purify our body and mind in holy spring water, when all of the purify processing is done than continue to meditate..before back to the hotel we will enjoy the dinner.
