Description
Try Scuba Diving in Gili Trawangan
If you interested in trying scuba dive but have limited time or you’re not quite ready to take the plunge into a scuba certification course, Try Diving is a great way to go. This course will take only 4 hours.
Theory : To begin, our experience instructor will give you briefing about the effects of water pressure, underwater communication, equipment use, diving safety, and everything you need to know as a diver.
Pool/confined water training : Our highly-trained Instructor will teach you the basic diving skills in a swimming pool to boost your confidence underwater.
Ocean/open water dive : When you’ve succesfully completed your skills, its time for the best part diving in the ocean to a max depth of 12m with permanently supervised by a Scuba Instructor. In shallow water you can see a lot of marine life like turtles, clown fish, and other beautiful colorful reef fish and coral.
You will experience an incredible new sensation of freedom underwater, feel weightlessness and discover the incredible underwater world!

The Try Scuba program last for 4 hours.
You'll start your experience with basic diving theory with your instructor in order to understand the first rules of scuba diving.
Then, we'll take you to the swimming pool to practice a few skills to get confidence and understand what to expect once in the ocean.
Finally, the best part, the ocean. Under the direct supervision of your instructor we'll take you to one of our favorite dive site. The time underwater will depend about your air consumption. Usually around 30 to 40 minutes for a first try. Maximum dive time limited to 50 minutes
Come back to the dive shop and debrief about your dive and all the marine life you encountered
