Day 1: Introduction and Theory

• Morning: Welcome and orientation. Introduction to scuba diving, equipment overview, and safety briefing.
• Afternoon: Dive theory session covering basic principles of diving physics, physiology, and equipment operation. Review of diving tables and dive planning.

Day 2: Confined Water Training

• Morning: Confined water session in calm shallow water. Practice essential skills such as regulator clearing, mask clearing, buoyancy control, and underwater communication.
• Afternoon: More practice sessions focusing on improving comfort and confidence underwater.

Day 3: Open Water Dives 1 & 2

• Morning: Departure for open water dive sites. Pre-dive briefing covering dive objectives, safety procedures, and underwater signals.
• Afternoon: Conduct first two open water dives under the supervision of instructors. Practice skills learned in confined water in a real diving environment. Explore underwater surroundings and marine life.

Day 4: Open Water Dives 3 & 4

• Morning: Departure for open water dive sites. Briefing on dive site characteristics, potential hazards, and dive plans.
• Afternoon: Complete remaining open water dives, gradually building confidence and proficiency. Focus on refining skills and becoming more comfortable underwater.Introduction to basic rescue techniques.

Day 5: Final Assessment and Certification

• Morning: Review of course material and skills. Written examination to assess theoretical knowledge.
• Afternoon: Practical assessment of diving skills in open water conditions. Demonstrate proficiency in essential skills and safety procedures.
• Evening: Awarding of CMAS 1st Star Diver certification and celebration of accomplishments. Reflection on diving experiences and future diving goals.

Throughout the program, safety remains the top priority, and all activities are conducted under the supervision of experienced instructors. Participants are encouraged to ask questions, seek clarification, and enjoy the journey of becoming certified divers.
