1) Begin your tour at the meeting point close to stop Pohorelec, at the statue of Saint Nepomuk, followed by the the Strahov Monastery, including its magnificent library containing unique medieval manuscripts.
2) Continuing through the New World Lane, a picturesque and historical district in Prague's Hradčany district, known for its winding streets, small houses and a peaceful atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of tourist routes.
3) From the New World Lane, move down to Hradcanske Square where you can see many historical buildings linked to the rich Czech history standing in the very neighborhood of Prague Castle. With two highlights; the Saint Vitus Cathedral, a Catholic metropolitan cathedral in Prague, and the seat of the Archbishop of Prague, built in a gothic style. And Basilica of Saint George, the oldest surviving church building within Prague Castle.
4) After the walkthrough of the impressive Castle complex, continue through to the Golden Lane, another historical street with cosy and tiny houses, which are filled with gift shops, cafes and much more. From Hradčany hill, descend Staré zámecké schody (Old Castle Stairs) and reach the district Malá Strana or Lesser Town.
5) After the descend to the Lesser Town, the Valdstejn garden welcomes you with its parts. The garden contains four fountains, several relief vases and copies of original sculptures by Dutch sculptor Adriaen de Vries.
6) The tour ends with a short walk to the Malostranske Squre, which is the only incline route throughout the tour, of about nine meters. The square offers many restaurant and cafe options, as well as multiple public transport options. If you feel like you've not had enough, you can continue, already on your own, to visit the Saint Nicholas church.
