Konopiste castle tour is a 60 min. guided walk in the Castle with an optional lunch in the local restaurant. Your guide will be Franz Ferdinand d'Este. You will get a deepdive into the life of the last owner and for a moment, walk in the shoes of a person living in K&K monarchy.

Description
We are going to explore a very rare and fully equipped chateau, so get ready for a great adventure. There are two rounds to choose from. One is medieval and the other baroque. So based on your preferences, you will have to choose. We could also do both of them, but this decision, is to be made at the spot. Children are welcome, but please consider that it is made for an adult audience and a young child could be bored and would have no real interest for the tour.

We meet at the castle entrance. We have to choose our tour, as there are two options (north wing and south wing). Then we start the tour. It will be a cca. 60 min. walk through the castle. We are talking about the residence of the heir of throne of the Austro Hungarian Empire, so you can expect extraordinary, art and weapon collections mixed with the stories of the people living there, back then. After the round, the talk continues at a near by restaurant with a cool drink and delicious food. This all takes about 2 hours.
