Private premium truffle tour Istria takes you to Motovun area. You will be picked up from your hotel, and we drive to our host. We go to the forest, and do the truffle hunt with dogs. When we finish we go and cook traditional "Fritaja" (scrambled eggs) with truffles, and have a seated tasting. You will try some truffle pates, truffle salami, truffle fritaja with fresh bread... After the tasting we go to Motovun for a walking tour, with visit of city walls. After the walking tour we have some free time in Motovun and drive back.

You will be picked up from your hotel around 9am, and we drive to our host in Motovun area. When we arrive, we meet with our host, and we go to the forest, and do the truffle hunt with dogs. When we finish we go back to the house, and cook traditional "Fritaja" (scrambled eggs) with truffles, and have a seated tasting. You will try some truffle pates, truffle cheese, salami, truffle fritaja with fresh bread... with some wine and homemade elderberry juice... After the tasting we go to Motovun for a walking tour, with visit of city walls. After the walking tour we have some free time in Motovun and drive back.
