In the beginning, you’ll board a boat and enjoy a unique oyster degustation. You’ll be served freshly caught oysters straight from the sea, paired with homemade wine by a fourth-generation farmer who will also share fascinating insights into the history and tradition of oyster farming. Following the oyster tasting, we will embark on a short drive to the Ponikve Winery. Here, a third-generation wine producer will lead you through a guided wine-tasting experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to taste four unique wines that showcase the distinct characteristics of the grape variety and the terroir where they grow. Along with the wine, you’ll also sample cheese, olive oil, and bread. Our final stop is the historic town of Ston, famous for its ancient salt factories and the longest fortification wall in Europe. Take a break and enjoy the stunning surroundings with a cup of coffee. While in Peljesac, we recommend visiting one of the area’s best seafood restaurants for a sumptuous lunch of fresh fish, mussels, squids and other seafood.
