One Day Private City Tour Explore in Siem Reap

We go to visit Wat Leu Monastery with a stunning temple built on the site of an early Angkorian brick Hindu temple (1000 AD) which remains standing on the compound. Then, visit Wat Bo well known for Buddhist Doctrine Education and one of the town’s oldest temples and has a collection of well-preserved wall paintings from the late 19th century depicting the Reamker, Cambodia’s interpretation of the Ramayana. After That, we visit Memorial Monument, the Cambodian Vietnamese War Memorial. Not as in a war between Cambodia and Vietnam, but as in the combined war from Vietnamese and Cambodian soldiers against Pol Pot. Before lunch break, we visit Preah Ang Chek Preah Ang Chorm Shrine, a religious shrine in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It is located within the compound of the Royal Residence where two statues referred to as Preah Ang Chek and Preah Ang Chorm are worshipped since 1982. Next, explore SATCHA where you experience the weaving, rattan, seagrass, water hyacinth, silk and cotton. Then, go to Senteurs d'Angkor, a Handicraft, Botanical Garden and Natural Products Made in Siem Reap. Through the different stations of our Workshop, you will discover how our artisans make by hand : soap with coconut oil, natural cosmetics, subtly scented balms, aromatic candles, but also their packagaging that we call “smok” and “krebei riel” boxes. After that, visit the Angkor Silk Farm, which produces some of the best work in the country, including clothing, interior-design products and accessories. All stages of the production process can be seen here, from the cultivation of mulberry trees to the nurturing of silkworms to the dyeing and weaving of silk. Back to hotel and drop off.
