Start your tour with a visit to Christ the Redeemer, one of the new 7 wonders of the modern world. Continue to the Metropolitan Cathedral, where in 1980 the then Pope John Paul II received 20 thousand faithful. Pass by the Maracanã Stadium and the Sambadrome.
Enjoy lunch at a steakhouse. Then stop for photos in front of the Museum of Tomorrow and go to AquaRio, the largest aquarium in South America. Visit the Wax Museum, located inside AquaRio, and take a ride on the Ferris Wheel for a different view of Rio de Janeiro.
If tourists wish, they can visit the Wax Museum by paying an entrance fee. The visit lasts approximately 30 minutes.
The Ferris Wheel (also optional) is 88m high and takes 18 to 20 minutes to complete a full rotation. Each cabin holds 6 people. Tourists who wish to visit this attraction must pay an entrance fee.
