Trilha Cristo Redentor (Parque Lage - Corcovado)
Embark on a charming trail through the Tijuca Forest and see Christ the Redeemer, which is 710 meters above sea level and is one of the New 7 Wonders of the Modern World and also a World Heritage Site.
Go up and down the trail. If you want to go down by train (or van), a fee will be required. On this trail, of medium to difficult difficulty, lasting approximately 2.5 hours, climb 3800 meters through the largest reforested urban forest in the world.
Stop to take photos, enjoy the nature and the birdsong and also to catch your breath, of course. Take a photo stop at the Mirante Cartão Postal. On the way back from Christ the Redeemer, stop at Paineiras for those who want to buy souvenirs in the shop.
