Jeribucaçu, Arruda beach and Usina Waterfall

It's a trail ride. In total there is a 5 km walk.

At 9:00 am our driver leaves to pick up the people who are going on the tour. We pick up at the accommodation. We left the city and headed towards Cachoeira da Usina (depending on the tour, it may start in Jeribucaçu, which is informed in advance).

Upon arrival, the guide disembarks with the group and the walk begins.

The trail takes place inside the Atlantic Forest. The longest journey time is the walk from the waterfall to Jeribucaçu, which can be completed in 50 minutes/one hour. Time is relative, it always depends on the group’s walking pace. Before reaching Jeribucaçu, the trail passes through a (shallow) river and mangrove forest.

Time at each location:

Cachoeira da Usina: approximately 40 minutes.

Jeribucaçu: beach where most of the tour time is spent.

Arruda: 30 / 40 minutes.

Return time:

5 P.M.

There is no phone service there, food and drinks consumed are paid only in cash.
