The Shahdag Mountain Resort Complex is located in the Azerbaijan's Greater Caucasus range, the site is located near Shahdag National Park, which is known for having an intact ecological system and an untouched flora and fauna. The winter season in Shahdagh begins in the second half of December and finishes at the beginning of April, depending on snow conditions. This is the largest mountain resort in Azerbaijan with an impressive altitude range of 1,435 to 2,552 meters, it offers the perfect playground for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. This winter wonderland boasts a generous passenger capacity, with the capability to accommodate 25,000 skiers per hour. Spread across 32 kilometers of pristine terrain, Shahdag features a diverse selection of 26 slopes, catering to all levels of expertise, from beginners to seasoned pros. A network of 17 lifts ensures swift and convenient access to the slopes, making it an ideal destination for anyone seeking the thrill of the slopes amidst the stunning backdrop of the Caucasus Mountains.
