Distillery Tours Tasmania

Departing Hobart around 10am, we start our day with a scenic drive to our first venue- Spring Bay Distillery. Here, you'll get a behind the scenes tour and tasting with one of their friendly staff who will take you through the distilling process. Our next stop for the day is Killara Distillery, you will have a special tasting experience with the owner and gourmet cheese platter for morning tea. Additionally, you can take pleasure in exploring their beautiful gardens where they grow botanicals, infused in the distilling process that create beautifully unique gins, whiskys and vodkas. Our last stop for the day is an exclusive visit to Hobart Whisky Distillery, not open to the public. You'll get the experience to create and mix your own whisky, "whisky thieve" from The Infinity Barrel, taste 'New Make' spirit directly from the still before it starts to mature in wood and meet Tasmanian distilling royalty. You'll also get a sit down lunch of gourmet baguettes and an intimate tasting experience with their passionate distillers who hold a wealth of Tasmanian distilling knowledge. We aim to get you back to your accommodation around 4pm.
