La Tomatina Festival - Food Fight, Camp & Party
Our La Tomatina Festival - Food Fight, Camp Party includes massive Foreplay party with live performances, you can stay at our campsite where we have already pre-erected your twin share tents with mat and sleeping bag, or if you prefere you can stay in a hotel. We will prepare a hot and hearty breakfast each morning, and two dinners. We will arrange transfers to and from the tomato fight (after you've had your Bloody Mary) and experienced guides will lead you through the mayhem. The concept of La Tomatina is quite simple tonnes and tonnes of tomatoes are dumped in the village of Buñol and then thousands of partiers from around the world scoop them up and hurl them at each other. It's a war! But it's a war of fun, a war of love. Nobody gets hurt, we all just get a little dirty.

- Private transfers to and from the Tomato Fight.

- Camping accommodation (in pre-erected twin share tents with mattress and sleeping bag provided), with swimming pool and a 5 min walk from Pucol Beach.

Itinerary

At 10:00 AM the crowd scrambles to reach a leg of ham balanced on a 5m high wooden pole, when someone reaches this ham the fight begins! However, in the last 8 years no-one has been lucky enough to win this converted prize so after an hour of climbing and falling a rocket is launched (at 11:00 AM) and trucks carrying tonnes and tonnes of tomatoes through the street. An hour of absolute carnage throwing fleshy fruit at strangers, friends, family, locals and tourists alike. Following the fight head back towards the buses, stopping to be rinsed for a coin donation by locals with their garden hoses. Once you arrive to our La Tomatina campsite the afternoon is yours, chill at the pool, or rinse all of the tomatoes from your hair (and ears) at the local beach, just 2 mins walk from camp. * This is a sample itinerary - the La Tomatina Festival - Food Fight, Camp & Party dates could be a bit different in the next years.
