On return trip I cut my leg on a sharp bit of metal, part of the lifebelt apparatus which had not been properly stowed. It bled a lot. I contacted a staff member requesting first aid attention. She did not get help and admitted she had forgotten when my friend went to get help some 20 minutes later. A steward came to help. He offered me a bandage but I asked instead for an Elastoplast and he returned with two. No attempt was made to clean up my leg or the blood which had dropped onto the deck. He applied the Elastoplasts which finally stopped the bleeding. No apology was made and the faulty casing was ignored. I was very upset. Blood had collected in my shoe and I felt very neglected and not valued as a customer. I attach a photo of my leg. I suggest a partial refund would be appropriate as my return journey was somewhat spoilt by the fact that my leg was bleeding and no-one was available to help  Hide review
