My booking status is 'Just booked - Awaiting Confirmation' so I don't have a Voucher. How can I proceed?

 

Confirmation will be received within up to 48 hours of booking (in fact it's much faster in the most of cases) - during this time we are also reconfirming availability and booking details with the Supplier. Once we receive notification from our local Supplier, you will receive a second email with either Voucher / Booking Confirmation or notice that the tour is unavailable for your requested time/date.  If the tour is unavailable, you will be able to use alternative options or get the booking deposit refund.

If you have passed the 48 hour mark and your booking is still pending, you may contact TripsPoint Support Team and we will follow up with the local Supplier.
