Local tour operator provides Hotel Pick-Up, but I can't find my Hotel within defined Pick-Up Area. What are my options?
If you can't find your hotel within defined on the map by circle Pick-Up Area you may either:
- Select an alternative hotel withing the defined Pick-Up area (circle) at checkout and make your way there on the day of tour or activity
- Contact your tour or activity Supplier directly through TripsPoint Messenger or by phone to make alternate pick-up arrangements. Local contact details will be available on your voucher and in your TripsPoint user Account once your booking is confirmed.
Please be sure to contact the tour or activity Supplier locally either to confirm your exact pick-up time and location.
