How can I fill up or update my Account Details?

In order to fill up or change the contact information that you currently have on your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to and log into your account via the "Log In" button found at the top of the page. After you are loggen in, click on your Nickname on the top right corner of the page and you will automatically be taken to your Account Settings. If you generally log in via Facebook, you may find that you're already logged in, as we do use Facebook's automatic log in tool. If you are already logged in, simply click on your account name at the top of the page.

2. From your Account Settings page you can change and update any personal information except of your e-mail, which's your account ID.

3. To upload a Profile Photo simply click on the image on the left in your Account Settings and then browse, choose and upload your new profile photo.

Please, remember, your real Name and Surname is visible only for you and will be showed only to you, to TripsPoint Support Team and to a Supplier, if you have made booking. Other TripsPoint users will see only your Nickname (the 1st field in the Account Settings). Automatically your nickname is created ad the 1st part of your email address before @. You can always change your Nickname in Account Settings.
