Day 01 - Varanasi & Sarnath: Pickup shall be provided by "Discover Activities, New Delhi" from Varanasi hotel and tour of banks of Ganges dotted with sacred Hindu temples, later you will be taken to Buddhist site of “Sarnath”, where Buddha delivered his first sermon. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
Day 02 - Varanasi to "Gorakhpur" which is the gateway to the "Lumbini" in Nepal. After some rest visit the "Gorkahnath temple" a holy Shiva (Hindu) temple, explore the peaceful premises of temple and also enjoy a boat ride in the lake inside the temple. Night stay in Gorakhpur.
Day 03- Gorakhpur/Lumbini/Kushinagar: Pickup from Gorakhpur hotel and get driven to “Lumbini where lord Buddha took birth. Visit the holy Maya garden. Later get driven to ”“Kushinagar”. After check-in, visit Mahaparinirvana temple at "Kushinagar" where Buddha died and attained Mahaparivirvana. Overnight stay in Kushinagar.
Day 04- Kushinagar/Patna: Pickup from “Kushinagar” hotel and get driven to “Patna”. Patna is gateway to Twin Buddhist sites of “Nalanda” and “Rajgir”. Overnight stay in Patna.
Day 05- Patna: Full day excursion to “Nalanda” and “Rajgir”. Rajgir is an ancient city in the northeast Indian state of Bihar. Surrounded by hills, it's known for its holy sites. Remains of the Cyclopean Wall, which encircled the city centuries ago, still stand in the center. Close by, Venu Vana park was once home to a monastery built for Buddha. The shield-shaped Japanese Temple contains a huge Buddha statue. Nearby there are hot springs believed to have medicinal properties. Overnight stay in Patna.
Day 06- Patna/Bodhgaya- Pickup from Patna hotel and get driven to “Bodhgaya”, where Buddha is said to have attained wisdom OR “Bodh” , visit here the grand and ancient Mahabodhi temple and feel the positive energy around Overnight stay in Bodhgaya.
Day 07- Bodhgaya/Varanasi - Pickup from Bodhgaya hotel and get driven back to the Varanasi and be dropped at the hotel / airport of Varanasi.
